Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], August 19: Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, today launched the new Audi Q8 e-tron in India – just a few months after its global launch. The Audi Q8 e-tron sports a fresh new design with luxurious comfort, improved performance, bigger batteries and an enhanced drive range to take forward the legacy and success of the e-tron. With this launch, Audi also ushers into a new corporate identity with a new, two-dimensional design of the four rings that represent luxury mobility with sustainability.

The Audi Q8 55 e-tron and Audi Q8 Sportback 55 e-tron, with electric motors at both front and rear, deliver an impressive 408 hp and 664 Nm torque. Their acceleration is swift, going from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.6 seconds, supported by the renowned e-quattro all-wheel drive system. Notably, these cars can travel up to 600 km on a single charge, courtesy of their industry-leading 114 kWh lithium-ion batteries. Charging is efficient, reaching 80% in as little as 26 minutes, and Audi offers complimentary charging at over 1000 points in India. The exteriors captivate with a fresh design, including the new two-dimensional design of the Audi rings, while the interiors boast luxury with options like Valcona & Milano leather seat upholstery. Safety features are top-tier, from lane departure warnings to 8 airbags, ensuring the well-being of its occupants.
Enhancing the ownership experience, Audi provides an extended warranty, periodic maintenance packages, and first-in-the-industry high-voltage battery repair centers. Digital integration is at the forefront, with the ‘myAudi Connect’ app offering a range of functions, including the e-tron hub and ‘Charge my Audi’. A unique feature soon to be launched is the Apple watch version of the app, which will allow users to access key vehicle statistics and locate their Audi remotely.
