The immense physical and mental benefits she gained from the experience inspired her to explore yoga more deeply. What began as a personal practice evolved into a passionate commitment to make yoga accessible to others.

Shweta’s academic journey reflects her dedication to yoga. After completing her schooling at a Convent School in Gonda, she pursued her post-graduate studies at Allahabad University. She then worked in the corporate world for over nine years as a GIS specialist in multinational companies like Reliance and RMS.
